By accessing or using AI Resume Mgr (the "Service"), operated by Next-Gen AI Mgr ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
AI Resume Mgr generates AI-tailored resumes and cover letters from information you provide. Output is a draft and you remain solely responsible for accuracy and use.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled. One-time purchases are charged at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of resume content you submit. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and brand.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that AI output is error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime from Settings.
