1. Information We Collect
Account info (name, email), resume content you upload or enter, job postings you paste, payment metadata via Stripe (we never see card numbers), and basic usage logs.
2. How We Use Information
To generate your tailored resumes and cover letters, operate your account, process payments, and improve the Service.
3. AI Processing
Resume and job posting text is sent to AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to produce output. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), and AI providers (generation). We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
Drafts and history are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime to remove your data.
6. Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security on the database, and least-privilege access controls.
7. Your Rights
You may access, export, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting support@airesumemgr.com.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16.
