Refund Policy

One-time purchases ($1.99)

Because the Service delivers AI-generated content immediately upon purchase, one-time application purchases are generally non-refundable once a resume or cover letter has been generated and downloaded. If generation failed for technical reasons, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions ($9.99/month)

You may cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active. We do not pro-rate partial months.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if fewer than 3 generations have been produced.

How to request a refund

Email support@airesumemgr.com from the email on your account with your order or subscription ID. We respond within 2 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved faster directly.
